What needs separate agreement

Tell us whether the problem is urine, another accident or an unidentified smell. Send wider and close-up photos and explain whether it has happened repeatedly in the same place.
Why a smell can return
Odour can originate below the visible surface. If a source remains in backing, underlay or filling, cleaning the surface alone may not resolve it. We discuss what the proposed treatment reaches and what needs separate investigation.
Previous products affect the assessment
List products already used and avoid mixing further chemicals. Covering the smell with fragrance does not establish that the source has been removed.
