When you request a quote or booking, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, postcode, requested services, appointment details and messages. We may also receive photos or other information you choose to send on WhatsApp or email.
We collect website usage information only where you allow optional analytics cookies. Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and supports the website.
Maps and location photographs
Google Maps embeds, OpenStreetMap street tiles and Wikimedia location photographs load from their providers when displayed. Those providers receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The area map does not request your device location. How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange appointments, deliver cleaning services, provide support, improve the website and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information.
Lawful basis and retention
We use information when it is needed to respond to your request or perform a service, to meet legal or accounting duties, for legitimate business administration, or with your consent for optional analytics. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.
Website enquiries
Submitting the website form saves your enquiry in our private customer management system. Authorised staff use it to reply, record quotations and track follow ups. We also record the page where you submitted the form, whether you used a popup or an inline form, and the submission time. With analytics consent, we link your recent page journey, campaign tags, referring site, browser/device category and, where available, your IP address to the enquiry. IP addresses are removed after 30 days. You can still enquire when optional tracking is off. The website uses private hosted database and media storage. Brevo processes staff email alerts containing your enquiry details; IP addresses and browsing history are not included in those alerts. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Optional advertising measurement is separate from your enquiry and depends on your cookie choice.
Who helps us operate
Limited information may be shared with trusted providers that host the website, support forms and communications, provide consent-based analytics or help manage bookings. We share only what is needed for the relevant task.
