Question 1

How much will it cost to clean a bedroom, living room and stairs in London?

Accepted Answer

Our starting rates are £35 for a bedroom, £45 for a living room and £40 for a staircase. These are guides, not a fixed package total. Send the room sizes, postcode and photos of any stains so OneGo Cleaning Masters can confirm the scope and price, including any access or specialist-treatment costs.

Question 2

How long after carpet cleaning can I walk on it or put furniture back?

Accepted Answer

Wait until the carpet is dry before normal use or replacing items. Fibre, moisture, airflow and room temperature all affect drying, so we give advice for your rooms instead of promising one drying time for every carpet. Tell us if you need the room ready for a particular time.

Question 3

Can you remove old pet urine stains and a smell that keeps coming back?

Accepted Answer

We can assess suitable treatment, but cannot guarantee complete removal. Old urine can permanently affect carpet colour, and residue beneath the surface may need further attention. Tell us about repeat accidents and products already used so we can discuss whether ordinary cleaning or additional specialist work is appropriate.

Question 4

Is professional cleaning suitable for my wool carpet or delicate rug?

Accepted Answer

Suitability depends on the fibre, dyes, backing and care instructions. Send the label and photos before booking, and mention colour bleeding or earlier treatments. We assess a suitable approach rather than assuming every carpet or rug can receive the same wet cleaning method.

Question 5

Do I need to empty the room, and can you reach a flat without a lift?

Accepted Answer

Clear small items, cables and valuables. Tell us which heavy furniture will stay in place, your floor, lift access and parking restrictions. We agree the accessible cleaning areas and equipment access before the visit; do not assume furniture moving or difficult access is included without checking.

Question 6

Can I have my carpets and sofa cleaned in the same appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request both in one enquiry. Include the rooms, number of sofa seats, fabric labels and any stains. We assess each material, confirm the combined quote and agree a visit when availability allows. Sofa cleaning starts from £20 per seat.

Question 7

What is included in the price, and when could stain treatment cost more?

Accepted Answer

Suitable stain treatment and deodorising are included in the cleaning guide. Deep contamination, extra specialist treatment or optional stain protection may need a separate quote. We explain the proposed work before starting. Quotations are free; a demonstration is available on request, subject to technician availability.

Question 8

What should I tell you before cleaning if I have children, pets or sensitivities?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about sensitivities and how the rooms are used before booking, so we can discuss the proposed treatment and aftercare. Keep children and pets away from the work area and follow the technician’s advice before returning to treated surfaces. We do not describe every product or method as suitable for everyone.
