What needs separate agreement
Cleaning is not a diagnosis or treatment for allergies, and it does not guarantee removal of every stain or contamination inside the mattress. Bedbug treatment, damaged fillings and structural problems require separate advice.

What to expect from mattress cleaning
Size, construction and care instructions
Send the mattress size, label and photos. Construction and moisture sensitivity influence the approach; memory foam, pillow tops and other materials should not automatically receive the same treatment.
Stains and smells
Describe what caused the mark or odour and when it occurred. Contamination within the filling may not be reached through surface cleaning, and old staining can remain after treatment.
Plan an alternative sleeping arrangement if needed
Tell us when you need to use the bed again before booking. Drying depends on the mattress and room conditions. Do not remake the bed or use it until the advised drying requirements are met.
Prepare the bedroom
Remove bedding and personal items and make space around the bed. Agree any turning or lifting beforehand; do not attempt to handle a heavy mattress alone.
