What needs separate agreement
Cleaning in place is not suitable for every fabric or lining. Shrinkage, unstable dyes, fragile linings and existing sun damage need assessment. Removal, rehanging and high-level access are not assumed to be included.

What to expect from curtain cleaning
Material and lining determine the options
Send the care label and describe blackout, thermal or interlined construction. A fabric that looks similar to another curtain may need a different process.
Measure and show the installation
Provide the number of panels, approximate width and drop, and a photo of the pole or track. Tell us about high ceilings, obstacles and restricted access.
Cleaning without taking curtains down
This may be possible for suitable fabrics and accessible installations. We confirm the proposed arrangement after reviewing the details; do not assume all curtains can be treated while hanging.
Existing fading and drying
Cleaning cannot reverse sun fading or repair brittle lining. Ask how the curtains should hang and ventilate afterwards and when normal use can resume.
