What to expect from carpet and upholstery cleaning
One enquiry, separate material checks
Carpet fibres and upholstery fabric may need different treatments. Include care labels, stains and previous products for each surface. A combined appointment does not mean the same process will be used throughout the room.
List every room and piece
Count bedrooms, living rooms, stairs and sofa seats. Add armchairs, dining chairs or headboards by quantity where relevant. Corners, recliners and unusual furniture sizes should be described so the quote covers what is actually there.
Coordinate furniture and drying
Agree where furniture will stand while carpets and fabrics dry. Tell us which rooms you need to keep using and what cannot be moved. The team confirms suitability, access and availability before arranging a visit.
