Quote the carpeted areas separately
Include rooms, landings, stairs and any rugs as separate items. Mention furniture that will remain. This page covers carpet work; a full property clean, kitchen appliances and upholstery require their own agreed scope.
Distinguish stains from damage
Point out burns, bleach marks, fraying and heavy wear before booking. Cleaning cannot repair these defects or guarantee an inventory outcome. Older pet accidents may need an additional assessment beyond the surface stain.
Plan keys and the final inspection
