What to expect from commercial carpet cleaning
Match the scope to the premises
A shared stairwell, restaurant seating area and office entrance are not the same job. Identify traffic lanes, spills and spaces that remain occupied. Describe food residues, grease or other specialist concerns so the proposed treatment reflects the use of the carpet.
Protect access through shared areas
For blocks or public-facing premises, discuss who authorises the work, how residents or staff are informed and which routes must stay available. Any safety and access arrangements should be agreed with the responsible manager before cleaning begins.
Schedule around drying
Tell us when each space needs to reopen. We discuss a suitable method and sequence, subject to the material and availability. An overnight slot does not automatically guarantee every carpet will be ready by morning.
Agree the handover
Record the areas included, exclusions and any stains or wear that may remain. Ask what aftercare the site team needs to follow. Commercial pricing is based on the actual area, condition and practical arrangements.
